Remodelación de Victoria ante la salida de España de William Hill

Nació como el negocio estrella, pero sólo un año después de su creación ha entrado en fase de reestructuración. Victoria -la joint venture en el sector de las apuestas deportivas de Codere y la británica William Hill-, acaba de reorganizar su cúpula directiva. En concreto, ha reducido de ocho a cuatro el número de miembros de su consejo de administración.
La remodelación del órgano de dirección se debe a la decisión de la firma de apuestas británica de abandonar su negocio en España. Fuentes de Codere y de William Hill aseguran que se ha tratado de un cambio “de común acuerdo” para facilitar la progresiva marcha de los británicos, que pretenden rebajar su posición en el mercado de apuestas deportivas en España para centrarse en el juego online, mucho más rentable por su menor carga impositiva.
